At-Home Facial

A good facial can refresh, hydrate, and leave your complexion glowing. Treat yourself to a spa-worthy experience right at home with this simple, effective skincare protocol.

You’ll Need:

  • Gel or Cream Cleanser
Gently massage into the skin using circular motions with your fingertips or knuckles. Rinse thoroughly with a warm washcloth.

  • Exfoliating Cleanser (Granular or Chemical)
Apply using the same technique as the first cleanse. This step helps slough away dead skin cells and promotes a smooth, radiant texture. Rinse with a warm washcloth.

  • Facial Masque
Apply evenly with a fan brush or clean hands. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

  • Toner
Spritz a facial mist or apply a hydrating tonique with a cotton pad.

  • Serum
Dispense a few drops into your palms and press gently into the skin. Allow it to absorb completely.

  • Eye Cream
Using your ring finger, lightly tap a small amount below the eyes and along the brow bone. Avoid applying directly to the eyelids.

  • Moisturizer
Massage a generous amount into the skin using upward, circular motions. Take your time to enjoy a calming facial massage, encouraging absorption and circulation.

Facial Wash
Tips:

Additional tools like sheet masks, Gua Sha stones, and chilled jade rollers can elevate your facial, adding a touch of luxury while promoting lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, boost circulation, and enhance overall results.
